A technique based class to modern music involving warm-up exercises, travel combinations wearing tap shoes. Focus is on foot work and learning specific tap steps from a shuffle to a pick up, from a slap ball change to a wing.
Focus: Technique of learning tap steps and Coordination.

CLASSICAL BALLET
For the budding Ballerina!
A technique based class to classical music involving barre work, centre exercises, stretching, enchainment and allegro combinations. Classes offered from Level 1 to Advanced.
Students who have strong technique and ability will commence pointe work at the appropriate time for each individual with their teacher's guidance.
Focus: Technique of learning ballet steps and terminology, Posture, Alignment, Flexibility, Turning, Jumps, Coordination.
